Quick honest moment..

Have you struggled growing within your company or organization?

Have you brought repeat or constant issues to your leadership to get addressed and not been heard or uncredited for a solution?

Tools are how the human race as built and forged history. Tools are only as good as the people who use them. Hammers can place nails, they can also really hurt your finger! A brain is another valuable tool some use, others speak for themselves!

Part of the goal here is to start a movement. Even though there are ton’s of similar topic books, podcast, videos and sources that talk about what I will in the future. First, forgedimpactsupply is the base for what personally been actively thought about for the past few years:

1- leadership

2- continuous improvement

3-intrapreneurship

Those 3 items are at my core. Intrapreneurship is like a entrepreneur, but they build within an company or organization, but have a very similar mindset and work ethic. This is a path I’ve walked from a manufacturing floor production operator, to a trainer, to team lead.

I’ve changed roles a few more times now but looking back found tools, skill sets and mind sets that are key to leading and continuous improvements. I didn’t know a lot of it at the time, but found connections that now make sense.

Everyone says “follow your passion”, what I get super pumped and excited about are: Intrapreneur’s, continuous improvements. I’ve been pursuing further advancements but see nothing will take me where I want to go. Part of the vision is to help those like me in their journey!

If you’ve made it this far maybe I’m getting you engaged and curious. I would be honored by anyone who joins and connects first!

This is only the beginning of a vision. As the entrepreneur inside is attempting to do something personally never done. I’d be stoked if you find the vision worthy, and service beneficial.
